The woman who gave birth to a boy and is now in foster care was only 16 when she took the boy to her home to have sex with him.
The case of the 17-year-old boy has shocked the community.
She said the abuse started when she was about 12 and escalated after she left home to join her family at a young age.
She told the ABC she has been unable to forget what happened.
“I can’t forget how that boy was abused,” she said.
She said she and her sister were also abused by their mother and older brother. “
The abuse is so ingrained into my life, it’s almost like my whole life is now dependent on him.”
She said she and her sister were also abused by their mother and older brother.
“She’s still my mother now.
My sister, she’s gone, she doesn’t want to talk about it,” she told the program.
“If she knew, she would have told me, ‘No, no, no’.” She said her sister was able to move out of her family home in the 1990s and she would go to a local police station to file a report about her abuse.
But police were not interested in pursuing a case, she said, and no one ever came forward to say they had seen her brother.
This is the story of a 17-month-old girl who has been the victim of sexual abuse by her mother and sister.
The ABC has been told the mother and her two brothers were convicted of raping her in 1998.
They have since been released from prison, and a NSW police report says a second child was also sexually abused.
The child’s mother says she is innocent.
“I don’t believe I have anything to hide,” she tells the program, who also interviewed her daughter, now aged 13.
Ms Stilwell said she has not seen her daughter since she left her home.
She is currently being supported by her partner and her mother, who is now caring for her children.
